Finhub Middle East FZE provides professional tax and financial consultancy services including but not limited to:

  • VAT registration, filing, refund, and de-registration
  • Corporate Tax registration and return filing
  • Company formation (mainland and free zone)
  • Accounting and bookkeeping
  • Audit and assurance services
  • Customs registration
  • goAML registration
  • Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) application

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Engagement of Services

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for service delivery
  • Promptly supply all documents and information requested by our team
  • Review and approve work product before submission to any authority
  • Pay the agreed service fees as per the fee schedule provided

We are not responsible for delays, penalties, or errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late provision of information by the client.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Our service fees are as quoted at the time of engagement
  • Government fees, FTA charges, and third-party costs are separate from our service fees and are the client's responsibility
  • Fees are payable in advance or as agreed in writing
  • We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion and only where a service has not been commenced
⚠️ Note: Government fees paid to the FTA or other authorities are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application.

4. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of all information and documents provided to us
  • Maintaining proper financial records in accordance with UAE law
  • Reviewing all returns, applications, and submissions before they are filed on your behalf
  • Meeting payment deadlines for any tax due to the FTA
  • Notifying us promptly of any changes to your business structure, activities, or financial position

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to deliver accurate and professional services:

  • We are not liable for penalties, fines, or losses arising from the client's failure to provide accurate information or timely instructions
  • We are not liable for decisions made by the FTA or other regulatory authorities
  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind

Our services constitute professional consultancy and do not constitute legal advice. Clients requiring legal advice should consult a qualified UAE lawyer.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except:

  • Where required to deliver the services you have engaged us for (e.g. filing with the FTA)
  • Where required by UAE law or a competent regulatory authority
  • With your explicit written consent
